Thank you Pete. A great video, again, very confusing to understand initially. I've seen your work (this video) about seven (7) times and the information presented is starting to "sink-in". Thank you once again (×7).
Sir, thank you for your video. It was, and will continue to be, for me, very helpful in my developing my "learning curve" with MotoTURBO. Your video was very informative.
Thanks for the video. It is great information. One thing to note is that the default view of CPS is not the expert view and not all options are shown on the basic view. Another thing is that on my brand new radio, for some reason the dealer set the security to require the RSA, I am not sure if it is like that from factory but it prevented me from programming the radio. This has to be set to none and is only available in the expert view. One more thing, after programming the radio successfully, the button I had set to allow me to select the zones was not working. It happens that there is a setting that allows you to select channels from all zones or from the home zone. This setting has to be set to “home zone” for the selection button to work. Great video and great radios these Motorolas are.
Yes, those are all correct observations and very good points, RSA is set by default from the factory, you simply have to just remove the KEY. Most of the observations you note come with experience.
Hi, the T Series is a Talkabout Portfolio radio which is consumer grade and does not allow for alot of flexibility. MotoTRBO software only works on the MotoTRBO Portfolio of radios which are for professional use.
You need to create the group in digital contacts and then select the group in the contact name within the channel. Please call with any questions. Ken. 8283895000
@@NMETSGChan Yes, that is how professional two way radios work, you need the radio and you need the programming software and cable. Contact us via PM or the website.
