Kinda funny how this guy wears the outfit that a good portion of drivers in Monument Valley and Pacific Rift wore. In fact, that's part of the reason I even wanted to unlock this guy if I could for my own recordings. The only other racers that are much the same in that regard are any of the guys that wear full racing suits like Kookabura and Big Blue. Unsure about any of the female racers in this game.
Nope you can’t. The only way for you to unlock stuff was through online and they shut down online servers unfortunately. You can try and emulate the game on your computer and get a 100%file
