When you parked vehicle on lowbed - you can strap it to the bed by using straps on wheels

If you're talking about the part where I had the bus on there, I was only able to get 1 or 2 straps on it because it barely fits. It wouldn't let me put all of them on. I don't know if that's fixed in a newer update or not...
