Obviously, John was just mentioning the 2005 Liberty CRD as a hot sellet, so much that it sold out. It was Jeep's first recent diesel effort, two years before the Grand Cherokee CRD that this video is about. That should clear up the confusion.
Here in Brazil, few units were sold on the occasion of the wedding with Mercedes, it is difficult to find one for sale. those who have do not sell it is a historical and collectible specimen
Contrary to what some people may say, I don't think the problem is that we don't want diesel powered SUVs and compact trucks. The problem is that the *"EPA"* doesn't want us to be allowed to buy them. They say they're too polluting to be driven. I'm like "B.S! If the EPA doesn't want pollution, then they should require *all motor vehicles* to run using electricity." While I'm all for clean air emissions, the standards imposed on car makers is un-realistic at best.

I live in EU and planning to get ome of these for off road. The most advantage factor over petrol engine is that this will not catch fire while you damage the gas tank. Ive seen off road cars catch fire while rock climbing. Diesel is very safe fuel! :-)
