HAHAH I like his peking duck spring roll - from the meticulous way he picked the skin with his hands to how he intricately placed his duck perpendicular to his cucumbers, so that he can end his wrap with a classic wanton finish! perfecto~

I thought this place was just okay. Wing Lei at Wynn is better, and Red Plate at Cosmo is better than the both of them.
