Thank you! My sales agent said to wait to buy a home in Water's Edge or Shady Brooke......hopefully I can get to TV by the end of June to look for a home.
If I were you I would look all over. If you are dealing with a villages agent that mainly sells new homes from the villages, of course they are going to want you to buy a new home from them. There are lots of nice places in the villages, take your time and do your homework.
Also many lots are already sold in Shady Brook. So if you want to build you should be looking now. Not June. Plenty of homes and NON view lots left though.
as always enjoyed your video! Especially like when you stop and pan around giving time to see all the progress. My wife and I will be visiting in a couple weeks. We plan on touring this area to purchase a home. thanks again for the video.
Maps in this video are usually available through a Villages agent when showing you a property. They may also be sold also in the Villages store but I’m not sure about that.
@@GaryAbbott pluses and minuses to both, old vs. new. This will be our second summer visiting to do lots more of exploring. We are about 5 to 8 years away from retiring so hopefully we will have narrowed it down by then. Last year we explored near brownwood and this year we got a place located right between spanish springs and lake sumter. If anyone wants to move to the villages, it is a must that you come down an visit at least a few times and do lots of exploring before you make a purchase. Videos are nice but it is hard to explain what you will see.
