That's going to be interesting to see how well that is going to work. I have some friends that would like this.

Not allowed to Feed or Bait Deer here in MB.

Get in a lot of crap if you try to feed out here. Baiting is illegal, so they look at it that way.

When we use our feeders we have em going off for about 4 seconds twice a day. Don't remember what brands we've used...gone through a few of em. All of ours have a small solar panel. We also have to deal with the bears tearing up our feeders!!

Looks interesting. We shall find out if it works but let’s have Summer first..okay? 😂

Looks like a good kit if that bear don't drag it off in the woods with them.

i missread,thought it said Beer feeder,lol..... could be the next big thing

My nabour at the camp had one of this completly demolished cuz the bear was tall enough to put a claw on it and riped the machine off and then it was a free meal of corn....there is a few videos`s on RU-vid about these and there`s a set-up with a boat wintch to raise the barrel up in the air and it would be high enough but how mutch trouble does one give himself to feed the deere.....I`m going to give them a few blocks of salt and that`s it....hey don`t forget to set up a game came cuz I would like to see how they get it down....maybe one on top of the other.....CHEERS

Well that’s your problem Steve you didn’t put a sign on them blue poly barrel DEER feeders telling the BEARS it’s for DEER not BEARS! As a Deer feeder I’m sure it’s fine, but your bear proof feeders are not. Be looking FWD to seeing how you do with this. Your gonna need a big tall ladder to refill the tub. Unless you use a rope to pull em up.

We use feeders that run like that and work great. You do know bear meat is quite good. :-)

I remember the troubles you were having with them dang bears! Good review, we used to use something similar on our feeders..they worked great. But now... what about that BEER feeder that I read about in the comments? :)

I have seen Black Bears chew threw tinned can goods with no problem what so ever,

I could do with some of those for home. Fill it with M&Ms and use it as a cheap babysitter 🤣

You're spoiling the deer... a little Hänsel und Gretel Action to get them fat? So they don't move fast and are easier to shoot? =)

Good luck on your new project and I hope the bears stay away and the deers think they are in “deer heaven” with all that feed they will be getting.........well........if the dang thing works! Looks like a good one. My brother-n-law has something like that but not automatic, not sure. Anyway keep us informed buddy!

Against the Law to Feed Deer in Wisconsin. I am glad. We had People using Feed Wagons of Corn Parked on Hunting Property. It was Beyond stupid. Thank God Deer are able to eat normal in Nature. I hate the people who fed them and do not Hunt. That really pisses me off. Have a Good Day Buddy eh.
