Rude, i went to come comment after your video and it moved me on to another video. Some study on semiglutide almost got your comment. 😄 after sleeve surgery we were advised to take B12 sublingual tablets for life. I have no surgery effects anymore so I haven't taken them and haven't noticed a difference physically nor in my bloodwork but if I were to take B12 again, I'd go with the tablets. I watch with envy as you eat pork. I love pork mentally I just no longer enjoy pork since my surgery. Maybe one day I'll find a cut or recipe I can do again but a couple bites into my previously favorite preparations and I'm turned off. 😔 I'm going to try the more cottage cheese next week. I have been using just half the cool whip but then the jello flavor was too intense so I wound up adding it back mid-end week. My stuff doesn't get weepy if I drain my fruit, pineapple in my case. I took my last 5mg yesterday. I have covid this week so I've been dropping a lot but I went from 2lbs a month for 8 months to now 12 pounds in 8 weeks. I'm amazed and in a little bit of denial especially being sick I know I'll either stall here or even rebound up a few pounds but I was 8lbs down before I got sick that's something! Back to back videos, you spoil us 😄 as always tho i am looking forward to the next!

Maybe you need a list, to remind yourself what to put onto your list?! lmao I know, I feel like pork can take TONS of salt, too. I always tell people that once you think you have enough salt, add the same amount to it again. Nobody ever does it or believes me but then raves about my pork ribs, tenderloin or chops. IDK??!! And Im definitely going to add the entire carton (24ozs) of cottage cheese next time I make the fluff. It was a little too sweet for me with the sf jello. If that doesnt work, I might only put half the box of jello in. But I do adore the strawberry flavor as well as the lime.
I've had to tweak the recipe several times but I'm pretty sure I've got it down now. Just in time for me to get tired of it... lol. I'm sure it will never completely go away but now that strawberries aren't as juicy and sweet it just doesn't hit the same.

I have a question. We just came back from a family vacation where we all brought too much food. I noticed the folks with the weight problems are the ones who had the hardest time throwing out the food that wouldn't be good by the time we drove home. Do you think our current weight issues are tied to food insecurities when we were children or is it just being frugal? On Ozempic I throw away more food than I ever have in my life. I work at not feeling guilty but I know our American portion sizes are way too big. Your thoughts?
Hey Vicki, Mine mostly comes from just wanting to eat. I never had an upbringing where I was forced to clean my plate or guilted into not wasting food... I've always liked how food tasted and wanted to eat all of it. If I'm honest with myself that's the real reason I don't want to get rid of food... and I justify eating it with the true but secondary reason of not wanting to waste it. The reality is that eating food just to eat it is a whole other kind of waste. If I was truly concerned about it going to waste I could donate it to people in need... but I don't. I deposit it onto my butt, hips, and thighs instead. I am 10,000% just speaking for myself here though... I know a lot of people grew up being guilted into cleaning their plate which creates a whole other psychosis.

Do you miss your potato tots this week I moved up last Saturday to the 5 mg of Manjaro and I have been sick ever since constipated nauseous it's really bad so I'm going back down to the 25 Saturday morning and praying that it feels better
I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with the 5mg. Mounjaro definitely has an increased titration schedule so take your time. My brother in law has been on 2.5mg for several months and his Dr says he won't move up until his weight loss slows. I hope you feel better soon. I do love my tots but I like switching it up from time to time. 🥰

I delt with tiredness, waking up through the night and also never slept well. Turns out I had undiagnosed sleep apnea, which also contributed to my own weight gain. 🙃 So if you find the B-12 isn't working and your tiredness persists maybe look into a sleep study? Slow, steady weight gain and inability to lose weight are also symptoms.
Hey Page, That's very kind of you. I really appreciate the support. I've already had a sleep study done (13+ years ago) and was diagnosed with weight related sleep apnea. Unfortunately they could never find a mask that fit me properly as a stomach sleeper (we tried every one on the market at the time) so a CPAP was useless. I'm sure I could probably do it again and maybe there have been some innovations... but I'm hoping that weight loss will get rid of it like the Doctors back then said it would. (The B12 has helped significantly btw)
I highly recommend you give it another go with sleep apnea if you're able. There have been so many advancements with masks. I'm a tummy sleeper and I use the Dreamwear nasal cushion mask, it's all soft silicone and the tube connects at the top of your head. I haven't had any problems with it. Super glad the B-12 is helping you!
It would also make weightloss much easier, sleep apnea wrecks your metabolism. That's why I started mounjaro. I lost 40 pounds just going on therapy, then stalled. I still have 60 more to go.

If you look through my comments section the majority of questions I receive are from people wanting to know how I deal with side effects and asking about the products I've mentioned. I don't really know a better way to let people know without addressing each individual question and comment which has become very time consuming. 🤷♀️ I'm definitely open to suggestions!
