My friend was having problems feeding with his box rotor we greased the gears and now works flawless and I've have had mine for a month now no problems
@@SwampFoxMagfed not sure of the brand seem alot like the planet eclipse grease you don't need much mainly on the plate that sits on the gear at the bottom of box rotter
My DYE BOX ROTOR is attached to a FS T15, it is sound activated, the magazin top replaced so it fits to FS T15 and the Lithium cell changed to 4 x AA cell box. No problems since 5 years 😁
No sorry I did the modding in 2017. I didn't use a dye electronic board wich continuously feeding shows up. I used a sound controlled board from Empire Eclipse. You have to turn the Box 180° and put the 1/3 of the upper Part of an old T15 magazin on top. Additional I replaced the Lithium Accu against a 4×AA battery box. I am an Energy electronics engineer and Model maker (Tanks and Helicopters) so what I am able to plan I am likly able to build. Never met an other Player wich using Dye Box Rotor on a T 15, but many Dye Dam Players who shaking their Heads cause not trusting their eyes 😂
Awesome that is great to know! Unfortunately I cut mine before these were available ha ha but it's great to know I can change it out! Thanks again for the info!
It seems like with most people that have done this mod it's a blast for a month or two and seems to work great. Then out of nowhere it starts to have feeding issues. People make videos using it for a while and then they seem to disappear. Sadly this has been my own personal experience with the mod. I'd be curious about a follow-up in 6 months or so.
I had some issues on my first attempt a year ago and gave up truthfully. Now I thought why not give it a go. Hoping for the best but a follow up is a great idea!
