What are some good towns for young professionals/families with home prices between $250k-$350k? I currently own a $350k house and would like to get into a better market in the Nashville area maybe half hour outside. Maybe make a video targeting certain price points. That’s how buyers look for homes.

Thanks for the suggestion! Columbia is a great town where you can still buy in this price range and it is so cool and fun! I highly recommend looking there! And that's a great idea maybe I will do a few videos structured that way too!

Work might take me to Mt Juliet. I’m currently in a 3bd/2ba 2100sqft home in KY that’s 20 years old. Is there any hope to find a home in the 200-250 range similar to those specs? I’m afraid I might have to commute in if I take the job…

its tough to find a house of that size in that price point without going pretty far out from the city.. but if you're willing to drive!

where would be the closest costco and how long of a drive roughly?

So closest Costco is opposite side of Nashville, or Brentwood, so kind of a hike. There is a Sams Club maybe 20 mins. If you're needing Costco though maybe look south of Nashville in Williamson. :)
