Here’s something started doing not long ago, we’ve seen all Roberts videos 10 times over by now so we told alexa to play Robert Morales and we listen to all his hits while watching his videos on the big screen talking, drinking, laughing, dancing whilst enjoying his most beautiful music. You must try it has become a Sunday routine around here. Thank you Robert from the bottom of our hearts and please don’t ever change your music it never gets old.

I was a teenager when Mt. St. Helens blew, lived in Longview and actually on the Columbia river, we saw it blow from our kitchen when on Sunday morning eating breakfast with my parents, drove down to the Cowlitz river to watch all the logs coming down to the Columbia from the mountain. Long time ago now, I know my children will be old men by the time it looks like it did prior to the eruption, it really was pristine beauty back then. Love your videos and we are dreaming of our next adventure in our RV as soon as this pandemic is over. Thanks for the distraction.

We lived in Vancouver, WA when St. Helen's blew. We have visited the area many times since then. We have been on the east side-Windy Ridge-long way back, but love the view of the mountain. While living in Vancouver, we made many day trips down the gorge with our children and even now, get down there a few times a year. We live about an hour from Seattle and love the west side of the mountains, but love to get to the east side when we can. Oregon has the same type of geology/topography as Washington...green on the west and much more brown on the east side with a beautiful all its own.

I love the Old Steam engine trains but I love old machinery of all kinds because PEOPLE HANDS MADE THEM, ASSEMBLED THEM etc.. that is something that we will never have again in history ❤ preservation of these artifacts is important.

Once again, an excellent video. Sorry you had to rush through the Columbia River Gorge. Hood River has several excellent breweries. The waterfront park at Hood River is a world Mecca for Wind Surfing and Kite Boarding. On the Washington side west of the Stonehenge replica is Maryhill Museum, and outstanding art museum in the middle of nowhere. A few miles west of the Maryhill museum is the Maryhill winery, a world class winery. Walla Walla is worth spending a few days visiting. Over 120 wineries in the region and a thriving downtown. Known as "Napa in blue jeans", plenty of great food and wine without the pretense. Happy Trails!

The Pacific Northwest of the US must be the most British corner of North America the fact that it has a rainy climate just like North West England. Seattle reminds me of Manchester a bit. I love your videos they are very hypnotic and the story telling is sublime too.

I grew up in WA and many who have only heard of WA tend to think only if Seattle and it’s rainy weather. But east of the cascades the weather is completely different and more agricultural and somewhat more desert like. There are parts that almost remind you of the Grand Canyon. The Mary hill museum has that sort of stone henge monument. Kind of random place in the middle of nowhere to have it. But it’s very beautiful out there.

We were living about 70 miles north of Mt St Helen's when she erupted. It scared the kids and the blast was so loud we thought there had been an explosion at the mill in town.

ROBERT! NEVER PUT WINDEX ON CAR WINDSHIELDS! The ammonia breaks down the Lexan component (material used to keep windshield together when shattered) and makes the glass cloudy after time.

Oh...was hoping you'd come to our place, over the edges of Boring, OreGONE here in the Pacific NorthWET. Amazing it wasn't pouring rain. We LOVE the Gorge, great hiking...and the Oneonta Gorge hike is a MUST on a hot day. Is the next turn out east of Multnomah Falls, but must be on the Old Hiway.. But it can be accessed from I-84 by taking the next exit east of "The Falls". I have photos of the Falls, completely frozen back in 1986. The interstate was closed due to ice/snow storm but my driver went down back roads and around signs. It was one SCARY ride, but oh, the Falls were spectacular and I captured most amazing photos...my negatives were stolen...I'm sure my pictures are being sold. NO ONE has captured frozen falls like we did that day.

I visited Mt Saint Helen's 5 years after the eruption. It was very barren, trees blasted to the ground, complete devastation, and no visitor centers. Interesting to see how they have developed the area. I still have some pumice I took from the side of the road. Love your drone footage from the monument.

It looked like you could have parked in that half-empty lot somewhere, just long enough for the money shot. Multnomah Falls is truly spectacular, with the arch bridge in the lower third. If everything gets better by June, I will be traveling thru the Columbia Gorge by train...fingers crossed.

Such a beautiful part of the country, my Grandma lived on the coast just south west of Seattle. She took me to Mt Saint Helens when I was a kid in the early 90s, I came back in the mid 2000s and we actually just missed being there at the same time as you last summer. The wife and I took the kids last August to see the volcano for the first time, it has been amazing to so see nature reclaim the disaster area over the last 40 years and I'm so thankful my Grandma started this experience for me and that's why I want my kids to see this area a few times in their lives. Stay safe Robert and keep up the great content!
