Half Nelson is the best! Been teaching my lady to ride in Moab & BC and she's literally learning how to MTB on some of the world's best trails. She has no idea how good she's got it!

I really can’t complain being in the SF bay area... there are some good trails like this in Santa Cruz but most of the trails I can get to in under an hour, they are not friendly to MTBR's or they are mellow fire trails. To live closer to SC and the nicer trails on the peninsula is way out of my price range. the other option is move out past Sac which is cheaper but the job opportunities aren't there.

I think I need to move to Canada... Btw I love the sound of the videos with the breathing and all. Really looks and sounds like how it is on a ride. And glad to know I'm not the only one who struggles whilst biking ;)

BCpov Yeah but it rains here pretty much non stop all year. 😔 I'm lucky enough that my folks live in BC, so I get to come over there every year. I usually just end up going to Whistler but next time I'm going to try other places and give whistler a miss for a year. Though I do really want to ride that Lord of Squirrels trail.

BCpov they're building some trails with some great features but unfortunately we lack that sort of elevation and mountains... but saying that check out Thredbo, falls creek, mt buller, derby, to name a few. If your coming all this way to oz make sure to get New Zealand in as well.

Hey Evan, it was actually the fork, a rockshox lyrik. I've since swapped it out for a fox 36. I'm not sure exactly where the noise is coming from, but it's either the crown steerer interface, or the crown stanchion interface. Thanks for subbing!

It look great . The dirt looks fuckin grippy and all that stuff , but i feel like the jump and berm are not created for high speed . You have to brake in the berm ...
