Nice trail! My first ride at flow trail and i have to stop before segment 6 too tired to continue and out of water... I saw 4 guys went down hard and one Crazy teen riding a Walmart bike and hour later i saw him walking back to parking lot ..he got in to accident but ok... i asked him what happened to the bike ? he said dumped it! He was riding a blue bike.

Trail Peek Gotta check out Braille trail too when you're in Soquel again. It's drops in right before Flow and it's more techy/challenging, but fun nonetheless!

This is actually my favorite trail ever. Wanted to ask you guys if you plan to go there but now I find your clip. Bäm. sooo good. And the most of the guys riding there are nice and open for a good short chat. keep on riding. Maybe we'll see us on the trails in Oct. would be nice! And you guys should ride the sawpit trail too. It's so much fun.

1. Seth is actually a great rider and you probably couldn't ride better than him 2. His channel is intended to help people get better at MTB or to entertain them, not just to show different trails. BKXC, The Singletrack Sampler, Trail Peeks, and Nate Hills all have the same video style while Seth's are different and are meant to entertain and help us get better, not show us about awesome trails (I'm not saying one type f video is better than the other, just saying his videos aren't worse because he's giving riding tips)

Hey are you just using the gopro mic without a hard case on it? Also I really like this video, I watch it a couple times a week! Great quality, sucks at the end you got what looks to be some sweat on it though. Also does the gimbal feel weird/slow you down or are you just used to it by now

Depends on what you're riding. All around the Bronson is king, but if you're always riding really gnarly and steep terrain then the Patrol is best.

Awesome manual! been trying to learn those! I was wondering what fork you are running? I want to build a Bronson and Im thinking of putting the new fox 36 160mm with rc2 damper on it. got any advice?

I'm running the same fork. It's sick, get it! Keep in mind it will raise the bottom bracket height and lower the head angle.

Love this trail. Love the Demo. But part of me wishes the flow trail had never been built. Yeah it's great for the concept that the Demo forest management is trying to prove out with respect to shared use between recreational, scientific, conservation and commercial lumbering uses. But......I've been riding there since 2000 and until flow was built you could go up there on a weekend and see 5-10 cars. Now...50-60....and there's jackwagons running shuttle services on top of that. In the long run, yeah, it's probably better for this and the other demo forests in the state (theres a bunch) but I sure miss the quiet and peaceful demo

DamnTrue very true. It's the nature of the beast, make it smooth and easy to ride and everyone will show up. It's a cool trail, but I prefer more technical trail as opposed to the new flow trail trend.
