Riding my mountain bike through some of the trails in Moses Creek State Conservation Area in St Augustine, FL. The video is sped up 3X to reduce the length and prevent boredom. Music is from Uplifting Trance Podcast. About half way, you get to see me crash off a 1 foot wide wood bridge (AKA technical feature). You'll also notice I ride slower for the rest of the ride after the crash. This was due to some knee pain.
