Mountain Cattle Tipi Hot Tent Review 

I purchased this hot tent and inner mesh. I have a One Tigris Smokey Hut, I like, in the white color. It has a more lightweight and sheer fabric. It does not have the mesh tent. It is somewhat elegant really. I use it with my kayak, and I anticipate I will use it in snow. This Mountain Cattle brand hot tent has all the features I like for more frequent use. The color is not garish at all, and that is difficult to determine from the photo only. I recommend using a small crochet hook to pull threads thru, or a needle, and pull the thread to the inside and tie it off if there is any indication it could unravel after all. I use McNett products to seam seal all seam threads, and to improve the zipper slide. If you seam seal, pitch it taut to begin the job. I think I will purchase an adjustable pole so I can pitch it either high or low enough to touch the ground all around. I might add to the height of the net tent bathtub floor to get more of a wind break from breezes, if I pitch the tent high off the ground. I will find out. I love the two doors. In fair weather, it would be a very comfortable camp. I am very happy to have the mesh inner I can use with my One Tigris Smokey Hut. I am very satisfied with this hot tent. It has all the features i have been looking for in a hot tent, and at a very good price. Nice review! I really like your video.

Great and honest review, thank you. I've just bought the bigger version for hot tent in the winter and going out now for a couple of nights in it. Just wanted to see how it was pitched and it looked pretty straight forward, like any other tipi.

I just bought this myself! I live in Sweden, and I'm really looking forward to trying it here in the chilly north :) Also, for anyone interested: This tent can also be found under the brand "MCETO" here in Europe (Thats the brand of the one I got, and googling it shows both names)!

Love it me and the children first year using it for the Feast of Tabernacle So thanks for showing how to put it up was a lot of help

Yeah im with Jonathan jealous i want to be out there also lol anyway great review brother as far as the stove jack its a good thing it doesn't rain here much . I see some similar style as the onetigris and the threads trim them up before they become a problem good to go brother 👍

I have the identical tent, works good but mine didn't come with a liner.

Cool tent,very lightweight.. And im sure,fairly expensive,for the size of it,having no real floor,I'd just rather have a Panther Primitives 8' tipi or one of their bell tents..yes,sunforager canvas is heavier,and takes up more space,but i think over time,taken care of,is a much better way to go if your camping close to your vehicle,or have a ATV to haul it on.. PS... Will you link your shop in the description?

What was Marley eating? rabbit meat? have you noticed her, scratching & nipping her legs? that’s a sign of allergy to spices on human food, such as garlic, pepper etc! I have observed it on our dog as I fed him some fried pigeon, & dove meat!

Wish I could camp with you but not really impressed with the tent.

It’s an inexpensive tent, poorly made, good Hot tents are at least $ 500.00 - $1000.00.
