Mountain Goats at Blue Lakes Trail in Breckinridge, Colorado 

It really is! But the altitude makes it so hard to breathe. I loved the cool temps. too.

The road conditions are just a little bumpy, nothing bad. A regular car can make it no problem. My daughter went early morning and we went mid afternoon and we both saw the goats. So I think you can see them at anytime of the day. Are you planning a trip there soon? If so let me know if you get to see the goats.
