How long would it take to ride a bicycle to Floyd VA from the Mountain Haven Community?

It's about a 10 minute drive so that may be a good indicator?

Using Google Maps, it should take me 11 minutes to drive to my local post office. It includes some inclines. Tapping "Bicycle" on Maps, it changes to 23 minutes. Factors to consider are how much up hill are you looking at there, and how fast is your average speed. It seems very doable.

@@tinyhouselistings no, N. Ga. here, but similar terrain. We travel through that area because of friends up there. An e-bike would be good for the steeper bits, for sure.

$550 a month isn’t a good deal when you have to make payments on the tiny house as well. So of us that were stay at home moms don’t get much in retirement.

Most of our tiny house buyers are cash buyers but even still, if you purchase a LAD and make a $350/month payment you're still well below the average rent and also paying towards something that's yours.

This is an old RV park. I bet it's still zoned for RV's, so it's RV codes versus house codes.
