An observation deck on a mountain with the inscription "Kazakhstan", located at an altitude of 522 meters above sea level and 266 meters above the city.
Next to the inscription there is a Kazakh flag of impressive dimensions of 6 by 12 meters.
From the height of the mountain there is a magnificent view of the surrounding landscapes: the Irtysh River, forests, fields, mountains and the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk itself.
