I had no problem stopping in for a thumbs-up before the video ran; Stu and his boys never disappoint. Neither does the scenery. Wherever you are, that is some outstanding territory.
Ahhh yes! I can see you now. On top of those hills doing your best impression of Julia Andrew's spinning around singing The hills are alive with the sound of "wee weee " Boom! Boom boom!!! Love ya work. Cheers from Penrith!🇦🇺🐖🐖🐖🇦🇺
Very nice video Stu. Thank you for sharing and taking us with you out there mate... we've been stuck in Vic since Feb. It's nice to see some nature through the looking glass. Well done mate.. keep them coming.
I love what you do with that old Ruger 3006 + Tasco. Who needs the latest chambering in a shiny stainless synthetic with tactical scope? I’d like to see your camera head mount because it has some handy shock absorption qualities.
Great shot on the run Stu, 250 m out and dropped like a bag of the proverbial, well done to compose yourself after the missed shots, that is a great sign of a quality hunter.
Thanks mate the first shot actually knocked the pig off it's feet. Chest shot but it soon recovered. I think I missed the second shot but yes took an extra 1/2 second to do a rear brain shot. Had to still aim in front of the pig about 1/2 a metre though as he was motoring.
Years ago I got to know some mates while shooting trap at the Grand American , well they invited me to come on down to Australia and do some hunting with them. I really felt a kinship with those new mates ,,friends,, . But life never blessed me to go , wish I could have tho. Good hunting guys.
Nice hunt!! Pity it’s hilly hehe my legs would be burning doing all that hiking there. Nice country it’s good to see it green for a change hope it’s a better trend for awhile over there
Great shooting Stu. A bit different country to the flatlands you have been at in earlier videos. A lot of walking. just goes to show the bloody grunters are everywhere. Good job well done . Thanks for the footage. Take it easy and enjoy a coldie I reckon you have earns it.
@@HuntingwithStu I just bought a New Old Stock Ruger M77 Hawkeye in 30-06 I found for $500 partially because of you to be honest. Any recommendations on gear for it like loops or slings?
Lots of feed but no pigs only saw three roos, when the drought broke the local farmers found dead roos laying under trees probably chasing green pick after rain.
just a a little less exciting than your normal videos but still stayed til the end so i could watch you make some excellent shots and enjoyed the scenery too good job
@@HuntingwithStu Too hot eh? I usually put in ear plugs and a pair of headphones on for the range, but I recently got a pair of Howard Leight headphones that are electronic. The let me hear the quiet sounds and turn off when they hear loud sounds like gunshots. They work pretty awesomely. They were like 25 dollars too.
Thanks mate I keep my channel feral pigs mainly. However, over the years I have hunted and shot many deer (Rusa,Fallow,Sambar,Hog, Red etc). Check out my insta page: huntingwith_stu
hey stu I currently have a hunting property in Bigga, NSW but I am looking for another one, is there any chance you can tell me what area this is in or what area it is close to. thanks big fan
Thanks mate can't tell ya where this spot is. My suggestion is to speak with the property owners as they would know other farmers to get you on next door or up the road mate.
