You use the External Track Camera. Basically you build a separate track which will serve as the path of the camera, then you place the external track camera scenery piece next to it! The official No Limits RU-vid channel has a helpful video on how to use it!

In the terrain settings, there is an option to autoplace items, the grass is in a folder called autoplace or something of the sort if I remember correctly.
