Ok first of all I would have had all my units who were under the cars above move out of the way so if they fell like they did, than only the victims cars would get damaged and not the fire departments vehicles.

A ladder wouldn’t really make it up there, and why would you bring a ladder? You have SAR trained people, you have ropes on squad and rescue, prob shouldn’t go right in front of some unstable cars, and nobody ever secured the cars
