Mourinho asking Harry Kane to come to his office next day and talking about his kids. During their meeting, they talk about ambitions for Harry Kane and how he can be superstar in football, their relationship, etc.
@@assortedbibssundayfootball1312 I’m sure if it was a private conversation it would not have been recorded are you that naive This is just for the you tube not what real life
@@haninditabudhi6574 lucio, eto'o, Walter samuel, Zanetti, maicon, cambiasso and sneijder were all world class. Lucio was one of the very best cbs on the planet for 8-10 years for bayern, Brazil and inter. Mourinho absolutely had world class players at inter.
@@haninditabudhi6574 you must be joking to say there was only one world class player in that Inter team, Jose had ZANNETTI probably at his peak by then , there was of cause ETO'O{a Champions League winner the year before and was coming off from having his highest scoring season. A ballon'dor bronze winner and one of the best strikers EVER}JULIO CESAR was world class and Brazils no1 at the time. MILITO was in the form of his life,BALOTELLI was also having a break through. CAMBIASSO was one of the best DMs around not to mention MAICON and LUCIO those were world class defenders. PLEASE PUT SOME RESPECT TO THOSE NAMES!!
People don't understand how lonely a manager is. He has his coaching staff but they are more friendly with the players and don't need to have the tough conversations or make the difficult decisions. The manager has to maintain distance because of that. To be able to have the motivation and drive to just win for a team while also being alone is incredible.
Lonely?? There is people there all the time and Jose is a religious Amman he doesn’t get lonely. The only people that get lonely are people that don’t like themselves
@@dondamon4669 he can’t get to personal with the players because there can’t be favoritism. A manager needs to see each player as a player. and get the best out of each one
@@dondamon4669 It's not that sort of lonely. It's the existential loneliness of being No 1 - the only way is down, and you have no real idea what happens outside the door of your office
Its actually the complete opposite of what you're saying. The coach is the closest to the players. The assistants are less close and for a reason, because they focus more on the football aspect. But the coach has to man manage. I don't get your comment at all I used to coach and can tell you the manager is the closest to the players, not the assistants
@@user-qc2kt5kd3i where was he right with lukaku - top striker he didnt want at Chelsea . De bruyne wasnt good enough for him at Chelsea ...Top Manager ? 🤔🤔OVERRATED Manager ...the only Club where he did good without paying massive Transfer fees for new Players was Porto ...
@@user-qc2kt5kd3i i agree but for example Pereira he ruined him . Pereira is an Offensive midfielder not a Holding midfielder what mourinho wanted to make of him
Moving Kane into a more creative role this season is literally Mourinho putting this conversation into action, he believes Kane is good enough to be an all time great and involving him in the build up play as well as being a goalscorer shows that. And it’s obviously working as Kane has never looked better. Superb management.
@@sargeantbarnes9692 you might be right with that for many Spurs players. But you cant say that about Sonny though. His mentality obviously aint like that and he REALLY wants that trophy *with* the Spurs.
@@sargeantbarnes9692 it all comes from top to bottom, the owner/chairman doesn't really care about the winning mentality or major trophies, but only about team's income, secondly the team leaders doesn't really set an example or had enough influence in the locker room, in other words the influence doesn't go around too well.
jose is so smart, as soon as he got there, talked to the 2 biggest stars of the club, he made sure that Kane was committed to the cause and focused. tried to get Delle on board but saw that he wasn't eager, now one cannot be dropped, while the other cant even make the bench
@@woahpsavo Mourinho said that the only advice Fergie had for him while at United was get Alli. He got Pogba instead. Either way both are way overhyped
I say "fink" because I simply can't pronounce the "th" correctly, my mother tongue is portuguese the same as Mourinho. It must be a portuguese speaking people problem.
@@Blade-dy1yw Man United had Pogba injured almost half of the season.. Rashford also missed a lot of games at the end of the season... so the fact with injuries is not an argument. Man United is 7 points below Spurs with 1 game in hand.. so that's not a problem.
A. Niazy okay i support utd but there most important players got injured and the man that they trust in the most to carry the team was out for 5 or 6 months they would’ve got top 4
Harry Kane and Son are both top class personalities on and off the pitch and this is coming from a Chelsea supporter. They deserve to win something with Spurs.
May they never experience joy again in their lives or careers. I pray that they never get within touching distance of silverware. Sincerely, a Chelsea supporter.
Liverpool has entered the chat : No but with all do respect man I loved the documentary Jose as a coach will take u far as long as ur team can keep up a winning mentality and I have to say son and Kane deadly duo this year even if u win the europa league this year class the season as a success because it is a step forward looking forward to watching the Spurs Liverpool match again had me on the edge of my seat last time out
Harry Kane has really transformed under Mourinho, from scoring goals to creating.. He probably has more assists this season alone then 3-4 previous seasons combined and he's scoring pretty well too
It's like Benzema during CR7 era and Bale in his prime in Madrid, Benz was also in quasi supporting role, but when the chances are there he also scores.
@@keshaaziat9812 Kane is born and bred English but he has a medical condition where his words sound a bit different, it's called a lisp. Google it, that's not his actual accent, his words sound like that because of his condition.
Wow so original. I’ve never seen anyone make fun of his voice. You are such a funny man. No one has ever done that before. Omg you’re funnier than Jim Carrey.
@@jonasrosenberger2996 Nah tell him to shut up. Kane has a lisp and even when he speaks clearly he gets dissed for it. I thought it was a funny joke a year ago but when you see the same comment on EVERY Harry Kane interview, wouldn't you get annoyed?
Kane. Top 10 goal scorer for England. Give him a fkn Trophie. Kane even said he doesnt just want personal Trophies. Tottenham needs to deliver. Kane, Son, and Bale. The time is NOW.
Incredible rspect from Mourinho as one of the best director in the world. I think Showing a respect to Harry was the key to change the way of playing of Harry in the pitch, building a fantastic combination between Harry and Sonny, even others.
I'm Man United supporter and beginning to love this show so much...had not miss any of the episode..raw and direct..Jose for me still the best manager since the days of Sir Alex. Just let him stay a little bit longer
sadly the situation at UTD was unsustainable, but at Spurs, i feel like these players are a lot more malleable than the ones at utd, their egos (apart from dele) are easily kept in check.
Funny how Mourinho has been doing exactly what I thought Tottenham desperately needed. In a way, I think the squad had been built in the image of Pocchetino's character: too nice! I'm not saying that's bad, but if you're going up against such powerhouses as Man City and Liverpool, being nice and knowing you have talent is not enough - grit is a major part of it. And from what I've seen so far, this team is building it up! Grit, resilience, knowing they're not just talented but also a very strong side as a whole. They might achieve nothing by the end of the season (in terms of titles) but the change is real and I honestly hope they get the title they've deserved for years, now!
2:42 “you have better players than i had at Manchester United” As much as i want to hate him for saying that as a manchester united fan Actually, i couldn’t agree more with him! It was also soo funny! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 What a diss, i hope Ole is watching!!!
Thanks to Mourinho, Kane learned to drop back to provide those insane through balls and passes from deep to Son... Son may be off form now, but man that duo was heat.
Mourinho is genius to capture people's mind. Harry was close strong relationship with pochettino so he might have some resistance for a new manager. But after mourinho shows the vision harry would be satisfied with new manager completely. And I think mourinho truly made harry as a top of top player.
after that him and kane respect each other to work hard.. finally kane finish season as top scorer and top assist ...respect that. that how professional way
0:21 “But there must be something wrong with this team because I play against you so many times and nobody insulted me in the tunnel or nothing man...you must be too good” Classic Jose 🤣🤣🤣
Jose was the Spurs coach during the pandemic. He wasn't given enough time and chance to train his team members. It's a big mistake for Tottenham to sack him.
He is the best manager in the world won champions league with Porto and inter ...not as guardiola with messi xavi and inesta....trust me he is the best with normal players can make great team I love that Thanks Josi
@Gautham Ramachandran Yes, I would agree, more quality AND more of a team, a team of good boys as Mourinho likes to say, I think he thinks that personally, Tottenham's boys are a little soft, and as he says, 'too nice.' Will be interesting what he can do in the 2020/2021 season with this Tottenham team!
Even as a born westham fan (I know) I don’t know how anyone could not love Jose, not only is he a character. He’s track record in silverware and European teams is unmatched
