Timothy Parrant introduces the Moustache 26 and highlights the benefits of its larger size.
The Moustache 26 has a 26m² surface, providing excellent stability and control. With the FLARE System, you can precisely adjust the glide performance and speed.
In short, the Moustache 26 combines safety, control, and efficiency, making it perfect for new adventures, according to Parrant.

Love the Moustache videos! I wonder what size I should take though? My TOW is about 80-82kg - I am thinking about getting the 18 or 22. Flying in the Austrian Alps mostly, what do you think? Cheers

Depends on what you plan to do ;) Want to just fly downhill? Turn some thermals with it? Stay up long? Or just race down short? Want the wing to be benign and slow, or fast and challenging? I fly all sizes. All are fun. It really depends on what you plan to do ;D

@@P4n0r4mA thanks for your answer, getting all sizes is definitely the solution, but not in my budget haha :D I want to be able to start in light and strong winds, do some proximity flying but also staying up a bit when the wind is high enough for soaring. I fly a Pi3 19m² (H&F) and a Iota 25m² (Thermaling/XC-Flights) The moustache should be the fun machine between those 2 gliders if that makes sense? I think the 18 should be the best allround size for me probably?

Don't buy it without trying both first. The smaller the size, the more fun they are flying down. The bigger the easier is it to stay up, obviously. Anyhow they are not build for staying up in thermals, but staying up with soaring in stronger winds if you have a great ridge is definitely possible with the 18. Also taking of with not to much wind still works easily with it. I am flying the 18 and the 13 (you can see both here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uXFTrb5h1A0.htmlsi=4tJn2lwraDiEApoV ), but again fly the yourself before you buy one. For me the 22 turns a bit too slow. I was at the Dune de Pyla last week and we had an 18 and a 22. The 18 was more fun, but when the wind was a bit too weak we needed the 22 to stay in the air. For the Alps if I had to have only one, the smaller would always beat the bigger wing.

@@Speedy.Tastro thanks for the input! I can test the 18 on Friday but I have no chance to test a 22 unfortunately.
