Grouper has quickly become my favorite fish, and my favorite way to prepare the fish is on the Blackstone griddle. Cajun/New Orleans style food is my absolute favorite style of food so this is the perfect combination.
A wonderful piece of fish seared on the griddle. Placed on a toasted roll with pepper mayo, pickles and lettuce. AMAZING!!!
