Luis A lol that sucks, dood! I did that a few times before I remembered to stay out of the center! You might be able to buy a dragon if the spring event is going on! If not, try rolling back the date on your console/computer and you can play the event again

Yeah, it's part of the adventurer's update. It's hasn't come to consoles yet. It'll be out later in the year with the creators update :D

It's called the Spectral Pal, I believe. You get him from the mage at the top of portal knights sanctuary.
