Move In Vlog | moving to Portland Maine, and almost losing my mattress 

Don't you just love the buildings there-- the apartments are so large-- love the high ceilings!!

In my younger days, I moved a lot. Married to military guys, orders changed and so did the bases and states. I got moving down to a system; always set up the beds 1st, so if you're tired and done for the day, it was ready. Put boxes in the rooms they belong in, of the most used items. Have a staging area for all the other stuff that can get unpacked a little at a time. I really like your apartment, it has so much character!

The first moving day, getting everything in, is the most stressful. The next few days are more enjoyable, for the better part, as you unpack and set up your new home. Enjoy 💕

I watch Dashcam videos here on RU-vid and seeing that sort of thing - be it a sheet of plywood or metal or a board or whatever else - is always so scary and i wasn't even there.
