In this video i have shown how to move Master database from one drive to another drive in SQL server.
Master database files path is determined by SQL Server's startup parameter.
After moving files, the SQL Server service account must have permission to access the files in the new file folder location.

When you are moving User and System (all system dbs) db's, is there are order you should do this? Meaning, should i do the User Dbs first, then the model, temp, msdb, master?

Go to Configuration manager and right click on your agent ,login- updated our service account password or change it local
