I watched some of your videos, they are always inspiring and speaking loud facts. For a while I feel like a winner whatever im doing because i am starting to do things that I feel its right. I am doing my best to maintain a healthy life style and I even confess to my crush my feelings without fear. Conclusion, I lost some weight, became more strong, look and smell good (not that I was thaaat bad before, but I put extra effort) and my crush says the same about me. Why is the mountain constantly getting bigger the more I climb, fall, and start climbing again. It's always getting taller.

I needed to hear this. I'm stuck in a plateau in my career and have been having major impostor syndrome bouts over the past year. I've been at my current job for 7 years, and I decided its time to move on. But once I started looking, I kept getting interviews but no offers. Its an art career, so theirs a lot of emotional attachment to my work. I was terrified that the last 7 years have been a waste, that my learned experience was not enough to keep up with the rest of my industry and I am now stuck with a skillset behind all of the job openings. I was slowly starting to accept that I was not enough to transcend the spot I'm in, but these videos have been reminding me that these thoughts are exactly what is going to keep me here. The real battle is with myself, the reason I'm not moving on is because I need the personal growth more than the next step in my career. So long as I tie my self-worth to my career, I'll be stuck. Knowing I'm good enough is more valuable than someone else telling me I'm good enough.
