For 6-6= 6, you could have made the “6” on the other side of the equal sign a “0” as well. For 3-6= 1, you could have turned the “6” into a “2” and still gotten “1” as an answer. For 8-2= 4, you could turn the “2” into a “4” in three moves and still make it equal to “4”. For 8+9= 4, you can make the “8” a “5” in two moves and make the plus sign a negative in one move.
First one is fine. But the other three optional solutions you’ve provided, are little bit of problematic. For 3-6=1, yes you can turn the "6" into a "2" in two moves, but one stick will be excess, and you can't put that anywhere. As the criteria here is to move (not remove) the sticks. Same issue occurs in your 8-2=4 solution too (as you're moving two sticks and removing the least one). And for 8+9=4, if you make the "8" a "5", then the equation will be 5-9=-4 (not 5-9=4).
I personally had found another optional solution. That is for 7-0=6. And the answer I found in stead of 7+2=9, was 11-5=6 (following the same criteria).
