What is biggest question about Chicago and South Loop?

South Loop is amazing. Have lived in the area for 10 years. Nowhere near as congested as other neighborhoods in the city, which lends itself to easy parking for residents and guests. It seems ignorance persists about the area, which is what actually depresses the prices. But this is from people that spend little or no time in the neighborhood. And anyone saying the crime is higher is out of touch. There is a full police precinct on 16th & State. Hidden gems abound. Appreciate you shining the light on the area.

south loop, i heard there a lot of gun shots heard over night that might be why it's a good buy, just my opinion
