I recently moved close to Village Market, we are located in Lake Sheen Reserve. I love this area. It's close to the parks but away from the tourist areas. I love driving to the Magic Kindgom and having my car parked within 10 minutes. Only con I can think of that really isn't bad is that outside of Publix and a few restaurants nothing is really close as far as shopping outside of Disney Springs. Can't wait for Disney Springs to be back into business because that is our closest shopping and restaurant district, also 10 minute drive to be parked in the parking garage. You picked a nice area Mrs. Meyers.
Like Mary, my father inlaw worked for the state of Maryland as a professor at the University of Maryland. When they retired after 30+ years, they left MD so they could collect their full pension, but in their case moved to Texas to be a dean at Baylor.
I think there was some parting of ways. Just checked the FB group and there is a post there with not much info other than things have changed....so not sure. Hopefully they clarify it at some point.
