Hi guys welcome back to my channel, in this video, my guest shared his experience of moving to the Philippines without any English or Tagalog knowledge, thank you for watching ❤️
The Hungry Syrian Wanderer was in the same situation. He went to the Philippines alone. He's only 18 years old. He can speak Arabic language only. It was very difficult for him. Likewise, he learned English so quickly and now he speaks tagalog as well.
I’m laughing watching this. He is so brave to go to the Philippines when he doesn’t speak English and Tagalog 😂😂. He is so smart to learned English in 2 months. Congratulations on graduating dentistry ❤👏👏👏
Pilipino people embrace any races worldwide. Many foreigners especially africa are moving to philippines for study purposes but mostly they're not going back to their origin for some reasons, maybe they enjoy the filipino culture, kindness, hospitality etc. Mabuhay ang PILIPINAS 💪😊🇵🇭
I didn't expect that Dami from Kenya is now speaking, interviewing foreign students in good English. Perhaps she had already polish herself to this kind of interview, making herself to be more fluent & conversant now that she's been to this job and perhaps continuously doing it will become a good speaker someday that I've witnessed how she's doing, as if it's' her local language.
Been able to check the presence and activities of Foreign Students in Cebu, we also have some here in Palawan. A few years back Anemone off Puerto Princesa north hosted Koreans studying English here in Palawan. We have too many tourists coming from all over the globe. When you go to the mall: @Robinson's Place Palawan and SM City Palawan, you will meet a lot of these foreigners. Numerous Luxury Liners have docked at Puerto Princesa Port and enjoys the city, the Underground River, El Nido, and also the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral.
Very good story very interesting, zero English, and now very good in English . It's like go there to that country learn and come back later. He learns very fast and now free and have a degree. Good job young man.
This story of that friend of yours is inspirational to those people experiencing what he experienced before to be tough and courageous. I felt sad about what he experienced but happy as well because all his hardships paid off. Anyways Allah/God is good because there are good people who helped him along his journey here in the Philippines. Congratulations to him he graduated here with more knowledge, good English and maybe Tagalog as well. I salute Him for being a courageous person in order to have a good future ahead of him. I'm an Educator and I must say I admire you both for being so determined, courageous and good people. God bless you both. 🤍🙏A nice content to watch.
"If there's a will, there's a relative" 😁😆Jokes aside, he had it rough at first but his perseverance paid off in the end. English and Tagalog are actually easy to learn. One just have to be patient and persistent. You just to interact and mingle with locals to learn them. Filipinos will not mock nor laugh at your face if you can't speak the language. On the contrary, they even go out of their way to teach you basic phrases to help you communicate if they see that you are serious. Glad that he overcame the language barrier to be where he is at now.
That was a very good experience, Hamad. From a challenging one to what you are now today. Enjoy your stay in the Philippines. You have a sense of humor. Mabuhay!
Kudos to you Buddy, for the hardships & sacrifices you have done , but it was your perseverance that made you of what you are today. Thanks from Manila. Great story, Mabuhay.
Filipinos are kind, but just like in other countries, or any other place in the world, there will never be an absence of evil-minded people. That's why extra caution is needed and don't just trust anyone (not just here in the Philippines but in any country you go to) because if people of the same race are able to take advantage of their own race, even more so than foreign especially you don't understand each other's language. Not everyone you meet or interact with (in general) can be trusted.
You are great Hamad, sorry for all the troubles you have encountered in coming here. but now I hope all of them were compensated during your stay in the Philippines. I have to mention that I have lots of friends from Sudan during my stay in Iraq. More Power to you Congratulations.
I applaud the guy's determination, now that's what a man suppose to be, find a way to everything and not just wait for something to happen or wait for your parents to do everything for you specially when your a man. He's going to be a good provider and a strong male in the family in the future. Kudos to you! .... great content by the way.
Im so sorry that your first time landing in the Philippines was a traumatic experience. The lesson is to do research before going to a strange land. Im glad to hear your perseverance paying off now. You can speak decent English now.
Wow. This is a very inspiring testimony that despite nothing, you can have everything as long as you put your determination and focus in it. Both bad and good memories honed you brother to become who you are today.Great job👋👋
We are blessed because we speak English, Tagalog and our native language in the Philippines. I just wanna say congratulations for your hard work to learn English language.
Indeed. I'm Filipino and I required myself to learn English because all Filipinos know how to speak English rather than Tagalog no in other parts of our country because they used their own provincial languages in every school plus English subject.
so cute and very interesting hahahaha, sign language is a big help hahahaha, Thank you for visiting Philippines, you learn English after all, good job 😀❤.
Welcome to the Philippines. You speak very good English. Very clear and precise. No wonder your channel will soon bloom. Just make more videos and good vibes about the country and people. Millions of OFWs scattered around the world will pick it up all dying to hear and see things going on in there homeland. Watching from the USA.
😂You're sure he's good at English, he's really good at speaking, he stutters when he speaks English, are you fooling me with his speech and his speech, you really make me laugh🤣😂
I think what he meant is "understandable" english. The person in the video can communicate in "understandable" english, that's acceptable and "good" english.
Sana sa Pilipinas gamitin sana nila sa Eskuwelan ang English. Sa bahay ka lang Pwedeng magtagalog. Kasi marami akong nakikitang Filipinong hindi makapasalita sa mga video at nahihiya….from NYC
I love hearing this experience of him. He's been through a lot yet look he made it. Watching this i remember the guy that looks like african in a video on facebook speaking in ilocano and was shocked he was able to learn that ilocano dialect. I believe he's located in Baguio city where the video was taken because i understand some of people speaking in other dialect
Hallo l'm watching from Germany but actually l'm from Davao City Philippines. I like watching your video because the content is very interesting for me. So let's be connected so that all your coming video will be updated to me. Keep safe always and to God be all the glory.🙏❤️🇩🇪
I love that you like Philippines because of reasons you love. I hope we all stay that way love the culture and not change it like many immigrants who are now living in Europe. It’s just sad to learn their reasons for leaving their country and then impose what they don’t like to their new nation. Let’s keep loving and peaceful! Welcome!

Many foreigners live and study in the Philippines because even if you know a little English ..it's not hard to communicate with locals . Besides ...they respect what's your religion ... Just a reminder:..Foreigners are not allowed to engaged in political affairs(or stage a political protest or openly support politicians) in the Philippines.... Live in peace ,study, reach your goal ,finish and land a good job, make your parents proud for they worked hard for your education...Peace..
New sub here good content, I am so impressed that more and more foreigners study in my country, while me trying hard to learn care giving course in japan school.
