I swear: the idea of doing yoga with any other RU-vidr feels like cheating! I'll admit that my commitment fell off the tracks for a couple of months, but this was the perfect swing back into things. Missed you, Adriene. Thank you for lovingly sharing yourself and your practice with us. :)

I do a supported side plank, top leg forward, knee bent, foot flat on ground like a bicycle stand. I could do full on side plank but the pressure on that hand/wrist is just a bit much for me.

I have done this video probably 100 times. I have done it in hotel rooms all over the world, hospital room floors, airports, at home, in the park, using it to lead my 6th grade students in introducing them to yoga, basically everywhere. All I need is WiFi and I can do it and I don’t always have a mat. Thank you for making yoga assessable to me every I am. My life wouldn’t be the same without your videos and positivity! I have had so many back problems/tight muscles and having your videos has changed my life. Thank you , thank you, thank you!

I bet kids might actually like it because they’d have such an endorphin rush after and feel awake. That’s such a great idea honestly. That’s kinda how my mom got me into yoga when I was seven, as well. She tossed me a yoga book from 1972, Yoga And Nutrition by Kareen Zebroff and said “This is something I used to do before the wheelchair. It’s pretty fun. Wanna try?” And I’ve been hooked ever since. (Ps she’s in a wheelchair because of a neurological disease but she still uses a lot of yoga poses to alleviate pain and spasticity. Just goes to show how effective it can be.)

What a beautiful practice! Saving this one to come back to. I've been doing your yoga videos (almost) daily for 3 months now and you have changed my life! I am in peace with myself, my body, and where I am today. But also I look forward to the future and where it takes me. I had a job interview last week and I kept repeating the mantra from Revolution "everything is as it should be" and I felt a little nervous at first, but then I had a sense of calm come over me. It was amazing. This is coming from a girl with anxiety that stopped her from leaving the house two years ago. Yoga is so magical and I'm so grateful you do these videos. Thank you is not enough. ❤ Namaste.

I was so tired and I was so concerned it would impact my yoga practice. It happened the other way around, yoga impacted my state, and I feel so much better. Loved the pace of this one ❤🎉

This is a super energising short workout for Day 2 of MOVE. As a senior yogi I just needed to adjust towards the end and modify those side planks, with knee down for support. I can feel my strength building, it’s becoming easier for me in downward dog (been suffering in lockdown). It was all about the tiny details you mention as we go Adriene, that made me feel so positive, thank you from my heart for keeping me focused and sane 🙏💕

Still- October 2021, i remember doing this the first time it was published. The pace and repeated planks were so challenging to me. Couple months if practising later, i still worked up a sweat, only this time i really got into the zone and didnt even realize until it was finished :) Awesome morning practise, Namaste everyone :)

It was delightfully sweaty which is right on time for a run. 🏃🏿‍♀️ I did "Yoga Joy" outside and I was drenched. Despite the ants I really enjoyed it. Have a great holiday and weekend. 🎉

I wasn't feeling motivated today at all...BUT seeing my previous comment Here again for March Day 03:03:23✅🌪️🌑So freezing cold, dull and grey 2day here in UK 🇬🇧, wasn't feeling up to it, but I pushed myself to come on this morning to move with energetic medicine, even had some falls with the planks, didn't even finish but I came back this evening and really had another go at my pace, seriously!😄😌 this is a fulfilling session perfect for a start and finish day to the wkend. I loved doing this practice. I’m trying to make sure I position my wrists and fingers correctly as I’m doing downward facing dog and other poses. And take the pressure off the wrists as I do need to stop and give the wrists a break and make a circular movement. Healing required. Will be returning to this practice. I’m here for all of the other beauties that had to pause throughout the video to catch a breath. I’ve been noticing I feel less dysregulated after practices when I literally just take it in my own pace. Thank you Adriene for guiding me and all of us through our own journeys.

I did this while on my period, which normally overwhelms me with cramps and fatigue, but I surprised myself by doing every move with full power - it honestly felt empowering to know I’m capable of doing stuff like this during this time of the month! 😄🔥

I have a stuffy head and achey body and who knows what is happening with the sinuses ... but I thought a bit of yoga might help. I could not keep my head down because it gave me an awful headache but I compromised and worked it out. Glad to have a bit of yoga in my back pocket when I need to get out of my body. this is a great one. I love the slow build and how Adriene's voice tone and cadence changes throughout the practice to support us to keep going as it intensifies! It's amazing what she fits into 17 mins here. I too have done this one many many times and keep returning to it.

This is my favorite go-to anytime I haven’t been active and feel “stuck”. She really focuses on the breath and using the breath to deepen poses and bringing oxygen into the whole body and brain. So refreshing and energizing! Thank you Adriene 🙏🏼

When Adriene releases a new video and this one is part of the Still playlist so I do them both since I know I'm in for a yummy treat and I actually want both. The medicine is yummy!

@@williamb7275 This time I did them back to back, since I felt up to it, but that's prob one of the aspects I've grown the most in through practicing with Adriene is knowing what I need and honoring it, be it modifications, two practices, sometimes a nap! And as she often says usually if I just show up, it works out wonderfully😊

I love this practice! I've done it many times, and I remembered it as an intense, heat-building and difficult practice. I didn't even break a sweat this time! I think all the flows of May's calendar really supported me to make this flow even easier. It was lovely and it wasn't difficult. I still find side planks difficult, but it didn't make the entire practice seem too hard. I am also in the process of getting over my first breakup, and I found a mindful slowness somehow even in the quicker pace that I really needed. I'm amazed by the ease I found in this and so grateful for something to help get me through my funk and break up stagnant energy.

I love the pace of this practice, even though I lost it midway. However, I have progressed strength wise since last time I had trouble with the one armed pose. Yoga has made me alot more patient with myself and I hope it translates into the world. Happy June 1🙏🏻💚
