This is such an accurate representation of how it feels to have this feeling of being a burden. How having dark periods of yourself where you're distant and distracted by your own head can drive everyone away and by the time your back, what you had was gone. It's amazing and this song has already been played on bad nights.

My boyfriend of 6 years passed away last August, this was one of his favorite songs by Movements. Listening to it now makes me cry. I see them live next week with his little brother and I can’t wait. Crazy how much music brings people together so thank you for making such an impact on my and my boyfriends life. Much love

Every now and then a song comes on and the lyrics just really hit you. This is that song. To anyone out there who feels like they are worthless or helpless please understand you are meaningful and you have a place in this world. If you need it, do not feel ashamed to reach out and get help. There are literally limitless sources out there to help you. Thank you MOVEMENTS for this beautiful song.

I feel there is pop punk come back, I'm 31..i'm old lol! I come from a time when taking back Sunday, brand new, the early November, blink 182 were on repeat...man, I have recently discovered bands lately that have such a nostagelic sound. Alot of them remind me of those bands and I love it!
