3:42 Hikaru mouthing the lyrics of both Wakana and Keiko as they sang and she did choreography. 3:50 Wakana's air punches!!! 4:07 Interesting vowel change from Wakana. 4:42 Keiko excitedly steps in front of everyone at the final chorus! She never does this! She went full pop diva, haha!, rather than the somber/graceful tone of the song. 5:19 Nice ostinato and frill in the bass guitar playing. 5:24 Really light sound from Keiko to match Hikaru. Sweet! (My comments here are just descriptive in terms of the context and my observations as I know and appreciate that they definitely improved on every aspect as they develped experience performing).
Franz V Yeah due to the straining. Do you have any idea on how it may have become this way? People say that one LisAni performance in 2011 where she sounded like this was because she was sick, but she's sounded like that evr since.
I think its just a case of straining her voice (people in theatre and opera have a proper vocal technique to minimize the damage to vocal chords... idk if they have vocal teachers or not. ) or maybe something medical occured that affected her larynx.
@@animegurl23579 Keiko tends to shout high notes when she gets excited. Sometimes she sings too aggressively when singing harmonies. And there's also the "cutesy" voice she used when singing upbeat or light-hearted songs, like Love come down, although sometimes she used it in songs where it didn't fit at all. She seems to have fixed these problems though.
yes, nowadays both her head and chest voice seems weaker but I think she improved a lot from the Arena live on. In their 9+one and in the Anniversary live she seemed more confident and with a more stable voice. I'm looking foward for her solo work :)
Sure thing Wakana 'lost a bit of the glow' but i think so did the overall Kalafina. Back then the songs feel 'magical' (this, fairytale, seventh heaven, red moon, etc), and their recent songs feel more....down-to-earth, pop-ish, easy to digest (?)
That curtain drop feels like it has been mistimed. If you listen to the music and when the curtain drops it feels off (curtain falls later than it should imo).
