The bird ones have a really real-life explanation. The first one: A video camera takes a set number of frame per second. ESPECIALLY small CCTV ones; they take about 24 per second. Birds flap at a rate that lines up with that frames per second; watch it again, it seems jumpy. The bird is flapping at just the right speed that the wings are always in the same position when the camera snaps a picture. The second one; That's due to high winds at altitude, "thermals" (patches of hot air) and the shape of the birds wing. I won't go into detail, but many raptors (birds of prey) can "hover" like this by scouting out columns of hot air that rise and then only moving their wings to stay in that patch and against the breeze, like how aeroplanes work.

Shane, thank you so much for bringing light to this very serious and controversial topic. I remember the Playpen Controversy back in 2015. It was basically this huge Child Pornography website, and the FBI found out and shut it down (the guy who created the website is now in jail for 30 years). After the guy was arrested, the FBI kept it up for a few weeks to put viruses on some of the users accounts to track their location; my father's "unknown" (to us) account being one of them. The FBI raided our house in June of 2015, he pled guilty in January of 2016, and is now in jail for five years for possession of Child Pornography. I can say firsthand, please report those Webcam videos. They are so vulgar and disgusting. I don't know how many people are going to read this, but if you see something like that, PLEASE report it. I can't stress it enough; if you think someone may be viewing those videos for sexual pleasures, please talk to them. I've gone through hell, I don't want anyone else to go through this. The video of the bird was simple to explain. The bird is flapping it’s wings at the same frame rate as the camera, giving it a floating effect. That’s how any other videos similar to that one works.

shane, the reason the birds were floating because they are going against the wind and it's to strong for them to move. it happens a lot on the beach. also the camera wasn't strong enough to capture every wing flap per second, so that's why the bird is just chilling there

So the thing with the "floating sparrow" is actually just the security camera's speed of which it takes pictures (example: 10 times per second) is just in sync with the time of which the bird finishes it's wing beet. This is extremely rare, but if the timing is just right, then video footage like this will result.
