I can never understand why these figures barely look like the person they're supposed to. They got ET right, but even there it looks as though he's about to give you bad news.

And then, since I have never been to any wax museum, ever, I skipped through a few of the dozens of other Clifton Hill postings. The oddities/kitsch force is strong with some vloggers. One recent low-watched offering had behind the scenes images and what looked like a scholarly bibliography. Impressive. Ah, the internet is a portal to so many rabbit holes. The sound the Martians in the movie 'Mars Attacks!' make is more like a cross between a bark & a quack. It's both annoying & awkwardly hillarious.

It's always funny to see how much of a mixed bag as far as accuracy goes for some of the figures in these museums compared to Madame Tussauds.

Ann Margaret was in a movie with Elvis in the 60's n they dated for a while. She was in lots of movies as a singer n dancer, very hip n 60's dances, beautiful red head. She played Apple Annie's daughter who married a count,'s son while away at boarding school in APocket Full of Miracles with Glen Ford as a depression era gangster. It was a great movie if you haven't seen it. As she got older she played in Grumpy Old Men with Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon ad the love interest they fought over. She also played the Madame in the Gone With The Wind sequel with Joanna Wallet Killer in it. Watch that one sometime, it is awesome!!!

There was the Same Marilyn Monroe they had her standing outside of the Museum Along with A Giant King Kong Face. So Much Has Changed since then They have Added So much more to this Attraction. It actually looks like he's looking around & shaking his head in disbelief at the gaudiness & cash-grabbing consumerism of middle class tourism in places like this. It's shaking its head at itself for being part of it. That statue is more self-aware than probably 95% of the people there. LOL

Man when I was a kid and went to visit Niagara falls that museum always scared me. Literally just driving past the old building scared me because the animatronic outside would really freak me out. I never wanted to go in there Even to this day. I still have a slight phobia of that place even if it's in its new spot At 13:36 the head that talking is apart of the old museum before they moved into the new building. How do I know this? It's because I drove past it when I was a kid. I remember that face so clearly. Oh Lord growing up in Ontario, Canada was the most interesting thing I ever been through
