The first one being the day after tomorrow which should be the easy one. the second one will have to come down off of a 4' deck with not a lot of room to maneuver. Seeing how "friends " are never available when their backs are needed , Im getting as many ideas as possible to handle any problems that ma arise. Good job and thanks for showing what one man, some tools and a little ingenuity and determination can do.

I have the same Spa, I was able to move it about 50 feet, but was not able to stand it up on end. I liked that slide method you used.

I move Hot Tub‘s every damn day and I could tell just by looking at it it was an 8 foot! The placard that you see right there will tell you the year it was made serial number and model of the tub. Even if I have two or three people with me I always use my spa wedge because why hurt yourself when you have the tools to do it safely without a struggle!!

That is a huge amount of weight... my masterspa is 8ft square and is 755 lbs empty.. so residual water in that probably adds a bit too for you to lift.

I do stuff like this all the time and I'm an F'ing idiot (No, not moving hot tubs 5 times my weight. Other stupid stuff). It's good to see some one other F'ing idiot do stuff. And that little bit of water that came out probably weighed 100lbs or more. I give this guy a ton of credit.
