Dont stop updating pls ! So many channels on RU-vid with so much potential stop updating bcse they think they are not getting the attention they should be, it comes with time !!! Love your channel
When you said you wanted to put them in a show tank I was thinking of how to write the exact thing🤣 this group looks beautiful together ! Yeah the RTC and your Turtle are the biggest I've seen,🤔 Great video!✌💜🐟🌿
yeh bro i also have 6 platinum silvers on the way... kept in the fish shop due to corona virus... they will all look amazing in a show tank. cheers for the continued support bro!
You’ve made a filter to envy for all time! I can see why that container’s water was immaculate(b4 the water change😎); your filter media and water change techniques are top of the line. Those square blue filters are known as matala filters here in the States. I’ve heard only superb things about them. Apparently, you’re also getting superior results from them. Also, that bacteria additive you used is a good way to inhibit algae growth; which is probably another reason your water was pristine. You know certain types of aquatic bacteria out competes algae👍🏾. This was another fun video, Thanks!
wow u are obviously extremely knowledgeable about water filtration.. i fell in love with GOOD filtration this year and am trying to learn a lot more from everyone (especially the japanese koi industry) and Microbelift products...
MyAquaticDiary My very first fish tank was inherited from a neglectful owner. I vowed to never allow that or any other tank to fall so deep into disrepair. Learning as much about tank maintenance has been with me from day one and hopefully as long as I keep aquariums.
I actually want to eventually put them in a show tank one day... or another pond at the front of my house which i will fix after corona virus ends... we shall see bro !
@@darrelsetunga9067 no a few of them died with old age and some were eaten by us.. a lot of their babies were put in the koi pond so the snakehead cant eat them.. now theres like 50 tilapia in the koi pond... shit
Good footage today with the sun being not so bright. Have you ever used common plecos to control algae growth in the monster ponds? It looks like there's enough to keep a good colony of smaller fish (like maybe CAEs) busy and well-concealed from the monsters along those walls. I remember you had some tilapia in the old monster pond, iirc, that were survivors from an old live feeding session or something and the huge predators left them alone. Once again, I'm happy you're uploading more often again.
Yes at one point i did have more tilapias but the snakeheads started eating the babies. also i introduced about 30 to 40 common plecos in the large pond a while ago but they were tiny.. im sure some survived.
MyAquaticDiary Yea bro. It smell like farts XD I think that’s the natural beneficial bacteria... I do regular testing on my water after I dose I can say that this is very reliable beneficial bacteria 👍🏻
im too scared to use more concentrated because of risks of overdosing.. i heard even tho prime is strong u can still dose way over recommended (5x) and it will still be safe. so its ok. but yes it it all pricey!!!!
@@MyAquaticDiary yeah i think ur right. Haha. They are very shy at first young n need hiding spots. But when theyre grown theyre badass and come out any time to hand feed.
Still my favourite aquarium/pond channel. Btw in your opinion would an 8ftx6ftx2.5ft pond be big enough for 1 red tail with a clown knife and a few cichlids? Just trying to find a solution as mom won’t have the clown in her house as I’ve got to move my large tank home
MyAquaticDiary ok thanks. Cause the plan is convince my mom to let me get that size of pond in my shed with heating and everything for all my current fish as she doesn’t like large fish then get a red tail as I freaking love the,😂
fibre tubs are quite cheap if size is what u r going for... but they r just ugly haha.. ive seen fibre tubs with viewing glass now.. and people wrap them in wood to make it look nice.
u think so? i was hoping hen wud do ok with larger silvers in a community... especially wen grown from young.. but i know some asians hit puberty and become little monsters haha
@@superduper5533 maybe u r right bro. we shall see how it goes.. i got a few projects in the works... repairing my 3rd pond which u guys havent seen... and building a show tank. anything is possible haha
feed twice a day as babies and once a day wen they r more mature.. ive been loving oceanfree arowana pellets for quality, convenience and no risk of disease but nothing beats live food for pure growth haha
How do you top that? Crazy rich Asians..only that isn't crazy and I would do that same thing! My 240 seems enough to take care of as I get older. But if I was in your situation? Do the same thing..or more!...Raging river with Dorado leading to the pool..huh?.😉
wait wait wait... Chottomatte Chottomatte... how big is your big... i will wait your answer and i already stanby a measuring tape at my side and after you tell me how big is spot i will pull the tape and start cursing and amaze...
MyAquaticDiary glad to see more updates coming. The piraiba is looking monstrous, what more when he grows larger. You gotta get a goonch and jau catfish next brother.
