Hey Mimi, I've watched your videos for a long time and they are so inspirational. Honestly, you are one of my role models and one of my dreams is to meet you, maybe work with you one day. I've followed through with a lot of your tips and advice. I've cut down on sugar, and using ur cookbook as a resource to follow through with this goal. I've bought and created a discipline to write in my 5 minute journal and started meditating with the app alex recommended, Headspace. I've also started changing my diet, eating coconut oil and hazelnut butter to improve my hair and simply started to hustle. The past year you've helped me change my life a lot. It's funny because I'm only 17 and I feel like no one my age does this, but your videos inspire me to make more of my life. I hope we meet 1 day so I could acknowledge you in person.

My husband and I just moved and I can totally empathize with you about downsizing and purging your life of unnecessary objects. I'm in the middle of reading Marie Kondo's book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" and I couldn't have read it at a better time in my life. I will say that I did a bit more purging while unpacking the boxes at our new home though.

Mmmm I just tried the baked apple recipe and it was delicious! I didn't have crunchy hazelnut butter so I used the creamy version and added chopped walnuts to give some crunch. It was great! I love when you share recipes.

hi Mimi ! I discovered your channel just a few days ago and I really love it ! I now have a 5 minutes journal on my nightstand ;) Nice vlog and recipe ! I'm a huge fan of nut butters (almond and hazelnut are my favorites - yum !!), and I personnaly use the oil on top : when I open a new can, i mix the oil with the rest of the butter with a fork or a knife, so the whole thing is homogeneous and has a nice texture. Otherwise the end of the can is usually really hard, you can barely eat it !
