ill glad it got save yeah thx for saving it ill to have a cougar or t bird 70 era ill live in Brooklyn it hard to have cars stolen and insurance is high no parking not easy
That is a 1977-79 Mercury Cougar. They are beautiful cars. They share 75% of the parts with my 1977 Thunderbird. They are an underrated car and they drive so nice. They also make a great race car. That front end is 6 feet long on these cars, and they are based on the 1972-76 Ford Torino chassis.
@@CowboyCarCrushing and the ride is Heavenly. I would take my daughter to school in my Thunderbird and all of her classmates would take pictures of the car. It takes 5 minutes to get the grocery store. Average about an hour going from the car to the store because I always do a Q & A on the car from everyone from 3 to 90 years old. That one looks like a real keeper.
poor Lincoln Towncar, i had the exact same one, color and all till it met it's fate one December day on black ice and i wrapped it around a tree going 50 mph, thank GOD it was the passenger side of the car. I really miss that car. I was averaging 28 mpg for being a V8
me too i miss that car, air suspension still worked so going over speed bumps you never felt them. I'm in the market for another 1994 White Lincoln Towncar with no rust on it.
I believe what you say about the Mercury cougar (first car) being done for structurally, but with some spit & polish it could have been a good parts car.
Hey Cowboy, if you ever find a 1967 Ford Mustang 2dr. Coupe in some what good shape I would love to know. I saw the video with all the Mustangs in it but didn't see any there. I live in Fl. but I'll come get it. Thanks Brother
What I like about the country is many fields to go through city I like when the night comes & city lights turn on I love that in New York & 1 famous landmark lights up in many colors
I woulda blown a head gasket if they didn’t save that cougar. That’s an awesome car. And looks like it’s Easily restorable. Prob a 351 Cleveland. Great motor.
Howdy Howdy cowboy in the wood lol.😂 some shunting in the wood lol need to have good eyes in there mate. Lol snakes I hate snakes. They used to take a portable car crusher in up here in the Highlands but they bought one when the yard was busy so they just do them now themselves after i rip of all the good parts.
Haha next video there's 3 Cadillacs right off the bat! At least they're gonna get pancaked by Thee Cowboy! Thanks for thinking about me! Rock on brother!
Just started watching. Six months ago. I would like to know if you help the yard sale cars . okay. I'm looking for a couple of old cars .I really like your show . you make me feel I'm right there in the back seat .
Is this a back woods parts yard? Must be nice to get out of town. Did they at least give you breakfast? Have to get good with the forks and use them to carve names for shout outs.
How does someone end up with a field full of cars anyway? Most of these looked like they were not too bad a shape when they got there, it looks like sitting in the field for 20 plus years did far more damage than whatever got the cars off the road in the first place..
@@CowboyCarCrushing it was probably well past due to be crushed. I'm more passionate about one more piece of a era being snuffed out. Your earning your $ I know that you have to do the do. But every day those relics become fewer and fewer. I hope you understand.
Are those abandoned? If so where at like I'm looking for a beater to rebuild Nothing special just a 70s ish chrysler or ford or gm car kinda like in your thumbnail image
you should really think of keeping some of those they could've been restored if they weren't in an accident, some looked fine to restore. but not knowing prices over there might not be viable
I can list cars I am interested in I would rather see these sold but I guess since that would not happen being crushed is fine That Cadillac at 3:47 And that van there too Red car at 3:52 and white Car next to it with partial vinyl top Red 4 door and there is a car just behind that bush too there I think with vinyl, top 4:22 Mercury Cougar and the red windowless car There is another old car in front of that white car with vinyl top I mentioned earlier I think 2
Shit I need a Ford full size car like that brown one ya pulled out not to run but to take all front end parts off it and moter if any good but to late damn allways crushing what others would need lol but the way of life .
ill be mad if dent my cougar with that fork be careful my cougar if put dent that cougar you going pay for the damage ill going check it no damage on it ok have good day don't mess man car
To be honest i am country boy and all of my 28 years i living in small conty "village" and some how i don't like to live in city it ain't for me😅 i just like fresh air, no trafick jams and non stop car horns and so one
