If I remember correctly, the deposit (or the bulk of it) is either paid back to the renter (or transferred to the new rental) upon completion of the rental period, providing the property is not damaged, clean etc. Anyway great to see you in your "new" home - onwards and upwards guys - things will only get better with time.

Beds are ridiculously expensive. We just bought a bed but we looked around for specials. Luckily there are always specials happening.
