My land is in Agyedam, and when I move we will be having 5 very large dog's! , and our fence wall is 9ft high with electric!! And not to mention my very sharp cutlass and i don't skin me teeth with no one....
I've never wanted a dog, but living in NYC plenty of people have them. The barking is a good theft deterrent. Some exterior camera's just to see who's destroying the property. ✌🏾
If you want dogs specifically for protection, half breed ie mutts are not a good choice. The breeds bred for protection are a must..they are not inexpensive but they will with disciplined training... Keep your home and person safe. These are very large dogs Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, Pressa Canario ect..
I am so glad you guys made the smart move to move to your Mum’s house. No more rent. I will suggest that when you get some money you and your husband should look around and see what the people in your area might need and get a store/ shop and start selling something that will produce cash flow for you guys. Such as selling baking items so people come to you if they want to bake, or raw rice and cooking oil. (Just throwing ideas around). Your store should be to serve the locals. You can run that micro enterprise together with your husband and before you know it your business has blossomed. Wishing you guys all the best. Stolen wires on a construction sight is one of the biggest problems in secluded areas in Ghana. What you need to do is once the wires are in place you get some of those working on your property to live there temporarily. That usually helps with theft.
My entire house wires have been stolen twice! The last time one week after having the POP installed. I think they came back for the wires! I am so, so tired of this mess! Whoever stole the wires from your mother’s house and mine, I pray God’s vengeance on them is swift!
The stealing of the cables when you are setting up electricity seems to be a common occurance ! Happened to us 12 years ago, we had just had the cables set and they were stolen almost right away ! Since then, we have a watchman ! 😁 As for car alignment, there is a good place in CapeCoast next to St Augustine'a college, on the beach road ! Very nice guy...
