Moving Equipment - How to Use a Hand Truck 

One, those boxes have nothing but bubblewrap inside. Two, you're tilting the hand truck too far back. If you had any serious weight in those boxes, it would all come crashing down on you. The trick is to tilt the load back just slightly beyond the perfect balance pointing, allowing you to push around 200-500 lbs with the slightest of strength. And you go forwards, never backwards, unless going up a ramp.

My hand truck didn't come with a helper. How would you move a small fridge or a large air conditioner down the stairs by yourself?

I couldn't get my foldable hand truck to move a very heavy box but from this video, I realized that my box is oddly shaped and need bungee cords for security.

Now how do you get those down the stairs

I injured my foot unloading as shown in the video. By pulling the dolly out by the axle using the top of your foot, that's a strain on the muscles and tendons in the foot. Wear steel toe boots, not sneakers like the man in the video! I'm looking for more information about this type of injury, but I really haven't found anything online yet.

How do i go down a slope with a 300 lbs load using hand truck? I will buy a treadmill soon and will have to figure out a way to hand truck it from my front porch to my basement which has a 45 degree slope path

When going down a ramp, is it safer to go forward or backward?

That wont work for every load . Ex: soda beer bibs will not be that easy.

Try doing that with cases of soda 😂
