For this episode, we met up with this couple who moved from Shanghai to Seremban, then to Old Klang Road. And I took this opportunity to understand real estate market overseas, apparently we are still considered very lucky here in Malaysia.
Anyway, this has gotta be the best moving process so far. It merely took us 3 hours to move everything from Seremban over to Old Klang road, with a toddler with the family. That's amazing work by the team!!

Sean, can you review ren residence? I found that the area have alot of high dense. Soon or later might have road side parking issue to block the traffic.

Hi Sean, I am from New Zealand and I enjoyed watching your property videos for a long time. I decided to invest in KL and keen to hear your view of The Ashwood in Ampang. it will be 4 years from now to finish, my plan is to purchase it from plan and in 2029 to rent it out as an investment, and a few years later we may come to live in KL 6 months every year..is this a good project for that purpose? Actually im wondering how malaysian bank approved housing loan to foreigners? how they gonna check their credit score and all?

From their respective countries. Financial systems are pretty similar across the world actually. The only difference will be the loan margin given. Expect Singaporeans, the rest of the world will usually get lower margin of financing.
