I was at Lakeshore from 2005 - 2007... even worked as an RA. two of the best years of my life. I love that the residence never changes... almost 20 years later and they still look the same lol. better looking beds than we had though. I loved how tall the ceilings were, and the feeling of the campus. adventures going down to the park on foggy nights, telling ghost stories about the tunnels under the cottages. It's so weird to come across videos of other students who lived in the same building, sometimes even the same room... looked down on the same views and went to the same local places. The Greek Texan next door was a god send when you got sick of the Chartwell food. oing and pickinf up sandwiches from the Williams. When I went there the two catholic schools hadn't been built and there was an old apple orchard next to the walkway between the residence and the cottages. I hope you enjoyed your time at Humber!
Hi ma'am, I wanted to know when class registration starts will it be on a first serve first come basis if yes what would happen if all the seats are full by the time we try to register for classes.
Hey yatty, I actually had the same problem for this semester. To answer your question, yes! It’s first come first serve but you have many classes for one subject to choose. Back to my problem, I’m actually a student at lakeshore campus but I registered on north campus (my fault) so I had to take bus to classes there. But actually they have solution (you can change your schedule for the first 2 weeks of classes but I didn’t know so I didn’t reach out to them for my problem) if all of your classes are full and you can’t register. Just don’t register on another campus but you have to reach out to your coordinator, they will put your name in one of the classes even if it’s full.
@@evelynn4293 thankyou ma'am for the reassurance, itwill take another 2 weeks for me to get my passport stamped and my poe letter. Hopefully the seats will remain until then.
Hi , can you tell me what the odds are to get the offer letter if ur waitlisted on Humber college ? My class starts in September btw , ur reply will be much helped :)
@@renren6685 ohh I got what you meant, well I am not 100% sure though but may I know if you are applying for summer semester or winter? in my opinion, in summer semester there won't be a lot of students applying. I think the possibility of you getting accepted is quite high, but still tho idk. I wish you luck, do not forget to update me later.
@@evelynn4293 thanks for taking ur time to reply. I applied for fall term which commence in September, I guess that’s what u meant by summer semester . My chances are 50 -50 tho , that’s why i m on waitlist rather than getting admitted to the college . But yeah I will let u know if I get selected. Thanks 😊 and btw my campus is lakeshore too , see u there
