I'm a sneaky snake...
Decided to try my hand at 1v1'ing a rex. This one was sub-adult. I started the fight with no HUD on and didn't realize until I was about to die. The result was a quick retreat to heal, followed by a stealthy, and somewhat lengthy time of me following and looking for the right opportunity to finish the fight. Of course, it helped that the rex player seemed to be distracted and not completely paying attention near the end. Unfortunately, Xbox still has issues recording to gameplay to external hard drives, so i had to re-record all my footage inside of the replay tool.

Rex: "Must have scared them off." It's even funnier to me since me and a friend named our Hatzes Dovakiin and Alduin respectively. People really do be sleeping on the fact that Hatzes blend so well with TREES! Trees are also a great deterrent if another Hatz is coming after you too!

dang Shadow of Mordor ahh stealth gameplay lol, nice kill! Poor guy probably looking at skins or something at the end there XD also its funny you hid behind the tree, you'd find it suprising how easy it is to miss people if you don't see them in the first place or simply aren't paying attention.

@@dtbrex08 hahaha thank you! They were definitely distracted by something at the end, but it worked out perfectly for me. lol And I know what you mean about it being easy to miss players sometimes. Occasionally, I’ll look at replays with nametags on just to see how many people I just walked right past without realizing 😂

@@CarolinaDXnot only that but just being stealthy you really do miss some players. Its funny cuz I think its impossible being stealthy sometimes if you just barely see my skin over the foliage but I got *ambushed* by a pt rex a little bit ago on a server I don’t usually play and it was completely in the open when I saw it. Only thing it had was a brown skin and it happened to be in hunters thicket. So it was just barely camouflaged.

@@rizzocrow9400 Rex is a tough fight. Definitely got to play with caution as it only takes a few bites from Rex to kill a Hatz. Good luck!
