For the holes in the wall you could go to Home Depot and buy some putty for the wall and put it over the holes which it is white so it will be white but you could also scrape a price of the paint from the wall painting and they can see if there is a match for it that they carry so you can get rid of the did coloredness

You could use a big tapestry to hide most of the gross holes in your walls. :)

You could get a tapestry for one of the walls to help cover up the holes

I'm wondering why you can't paint and plaster the walls? I know it's probably rented but if you ask the landlord for permission is there a fee for painting?
