hi not chaella but student from uplb here! not sure kung alin exactly yung dorm niya (i think women's residence hall?) but it is a UP-owned dorm! bale ang alam ko pong binabayaran nila is 600 or 650 monthly for rent then may dagdag na depende sa appliances na dala mo mas mura sa UP dorms compared sa private-owned ones (pag private, mura na ang 2k monthly), pero yun nga lang strict sila sa rules like curfew, luma na yung buildings (+ di ko sure pero communal din ata yung mga cr nila), and of course marami kang kaagaw sa slots pag application period hope this helps po! :))
