The landlord allowed 3 applicants? It’s a great place, treasure it! I’m hunting for an apartment right now and oh my gosh they are so horrific the studios under $4000 a month are crumbling and dirty

when did you move in? did you notice prices were significantly cheaper during January February?

So, is the rent being split equally between the three of you? I mean you have your own bathroom, another roommate has the largest bedroom with walk in closets, and the last roommate has the smallest bedroom.

we split very unequally! it worked out bc the three of us had very different budgets :)
